Partner program

The partner program is for agencies, MSPs and consultancies who monitor other people’s websites. You hold one SiteQwality account, sign one agreement, and get one invoice. Each client you take on gets a client account: a separate account with its own monitors, its own status page, its own alert routing and its own history, which you manage from inside your own login.

├── Client account: Brightside Dental
└── Client account: Corner Cafe

One level, and only one. A client account cannot itself have client accounts.

PlanYour partner planAn entitlement bundle you set

A client account is a completely ordinary SiteQwality account in every respect except two: it points at you as its partner, and its entitlements come from your bundle rather than from a card. Nothing in the product treats a client’s monitors, data or status page as second class.

The dashboardOurs

The dashboard is ours and we would rather say that plainly than let you discover it. It is also the surface your clients are least likely to see, because you are the one signing in. The status-page data hostname is visible in a browser’s developer tools.

Everything under /partner requires the Admin or Super Admin role on your own account. A Member, Viewer or Auditor on your account can work inside a client (if you send them there) but cannot create, re-plan or remove clients.

You are invoiced for the number of client accounts you hold, at the rate in your agreement, against a minimum commitment. Client accounts are never charged for anything. Adding a client is an API call, not a checkout; the invoice follows from your client list rather than the other way round. If a client wants something outside their bundle, they can buy it retail on their own account, or you can talk to us.

Each client account gets a window, defined in the agreement, to convert into a direct retail account with us, keeping its data, monitors, status page and history. Nothing is held back. That is a contractual term rather than a courtesy.
