Uptime monitoring

HTTP, TCP port, ping, SSL/TLS, DNS, cron heartbeats, and full-browser synthetic checks, run on a schedule as often as every 30 seconds on paid uptime plans. HTTP and TCP port checks run from your choice of 30 locations on AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, across 20 countries and territories, ping checks from the 8 Google Cloud locations, and browser checks from 20 AWS locations.

Observability

Metrics, logs, traces, RUM, and session replay, each with its own explorer in the same dashboard.

Incident response

Incidents, on-call rotations, escalation policies, and notifications across email, SMS, Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram, and webhooks.

Public status pages

Branded, custom-domain status pages with components, scheduled maintenance, and email subscribers.

How the docs are organized

Each product area has the same shape:

• Overview: what the feature is, when to reach for it, and how it relates to the rest of the platform.
• Quickstart: the fastest copy-pasteable path to first success.
• How-to guides: task-shaped recipes (“rotate an on-call schedule,” “add a custom domain to a status page”).
