Sign-in and security
Manage your sign-in methods from Account → Security. Email sign-in, passkeys and authenticator-app two-factor authentication are available without an extra charge.
Email links and codes
Section titled “Email links and codes”Enter your email on the sign-in screen and choose email sign-in. Site Qwality sends a message from login@notifications.siteqwality.com containing a link and a six-digit code.
Open the link and confirm that you want to continue, or enter the code on the screen where you requested it. The code is useful when you read email on a different device. The link and code are single use: completing either one uses the challenge. An email scanner opening the link does not sign you in.
If the message does not arrive, check your spam folder and spelling, then use Send a new code. Repeated requests and incorrect codes are limited. Request another message if the link expires or the code is locked.
Google, GitHub, passwords and your organization’s SSO remain available where configured. If your account has authenticator-app two-factor authentication enabled, enter its current code after signing in with one of these methods or with email.
Passkeys
Section titled “Passkeys”- Open Account → Security → Add a passkey.
- Give it a name you recognize, such as “Work laptop”.
- Complete an emailed security confirmation if requested, then follow your browser’s prompt.
You can register up to ten passkeys. The list shows when each was added and last used. Remove one when you no longer want it to sign in to your account.
On the sign-in screen, choose Sign in with a passkey, or select a passkey from your browser’s email-field suggestions when supported. Your device asks you to verify with its screen lock, fingerprint or face recognition. A verified passkey satisfies two-factor authentication, so no separate authenticator code is requested.
Passkey availability and syncing depend on your browser, device and password manager. If you cancel the prompt or your browser cannot use a passkey, choose another sign-in method. Keep a second way to access your account before removing a passkey.
Authenticator apps and recovery codes
Section titled “Authenticator apps and recovery codes”Under Account → Security, start authenticator setup, scan the QR code with your authenticator app, and enter a current six-digit code to finish enrollment.
Save the recovery codes somewhere secure outside this account. Each code works once when you cannot access your authenticator. The sign-in confirmation screen offers a recovery-code option.
You can generate a new set from Security. Doing so invalidates the previous set. A recent sign-in or emailed security confirmation may be required. To turn off authenticator authentication, enter a current authenticator code, an unused recovery code, or complete the offered emailed confirmation.
Passwords and security confirmations
Section titled “Passwords and security confirmations”Use Forgot password to request a password-reset email. Opening a reset link does not change anything until you submit a new password. If the address has no account, no email is sent. A completed reset revokes existing sessions, and authenticator authentication still applies when enabled.
You can also set or change your password from Security. Sensitive changes can ask for an emailed code when your sign-in is no longer recent. That confirmation authorizes the specific change in your current session for ten minutes. Site Qwality sends notice emails when your password, authenticator settings or passkeys change.
Verify your email
Section titled “Verify your email”If the dashboard asks you to verify your address, choose the option to resend verification. Open the emailed link and confirm. Email verification does not create a new session.
If a partner manages your account and you have not been invited yet, follow the message directing you to request an invitation from that partner.
